The Problem

Expanding to meet their growing client base, Normac needed a solution that would allow them to serve customers across the country, and provide them with a central hub for information, quotes, and coverage across several regions.

One of the most important aspects of the project was appealing to a range of service regions across Canada. Over the last five years, Normac has expanded their service areas and wanted to accurately reflect that. Our SEO strategy for multiple locations needed to take these regions into account. In addition to the site update, Normac had decided to automate their Request a Quote application for client ease and internal efficiency.

Our Approach

For the Request a Quote form automation, we gained in-depth insights into Normac’s appraisal process and the information needed for them to provide accurate quotes to inquiring parties. It was important that we have a full understanding of how the process works in order to make it more efficient for the team while still maintaining its integrity.

In regards to SEO strategy for multiple locations, we created new Google My Business listings for each of the regions that Normac provides insurance appraisals.

The Solution

The multi-stage Request a Quote lead form was developed to be approachable to clients, using conditional formatting to show only what was necessary and not overwhelm users. It was fully integrated with their Zoho CRM to reduce manual work, automatically categorizing quotes and connecting them with pre-existing records.

Working closely with Normac, we developed an updated look and feel for their website based on their years of experience and position within the industry. We created a regional hub page that leads visitors to choose their service area, and each region has a search engine optimized landing page that includes property resources and applicable blog posts for that geographic region. We also implemented a modern Careers page that allows Normac to showcase their team and culture, which are integral parts of the business.
